Can you teleport while riding a personal vehicle?
Personal Vehicles are considered equipment for the purposes of teleporting.  This includes the “Street Geko” Skateboard, “Turkey Shoot” Battle Scooter, “Angry Iguana” Battleboard and “Sparrowhawk”Vectorboard.

I'm playing a Ritualist and I have run out of utility spells.  Can I take other spells on my spell list to compensate?
